Free Delivery Within Singapore Grandeur Furnishings offers complimentary delivery on all orders to addresses within mainland Singapore. No minimum spend required.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items: 1–4 weeks (estimated lead time will be stated on the product page)

Our team will contact you to schedule a preferred delivery date and time slot once your order is ready.

Delivery Coverage We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore, including HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties. Please note:

  • Delivery to upper floors is subject to lift availability
  • For locations without lift access, a staircase surcharge may apply (our team will advise you in advance)
  • We are unable to deliver to Sentosa Cove, Jurong Island, or restricted military zones

Delivery Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery
  • Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items
  • Delivery slots are typically available Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm (excluding public holidays)

Failed Deliveries If delivery cannot be completed due to no-show or inaccessible premises, a redelivery fee may apply. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.

Assembly Basic assembly is included for most furniture items. Please confirm with our team at the time of scheduling if assembly is required.
