Free Delivery Within Singapore

Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders within mainland Singapore, with no minimum spend required.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: 3–5 Working Days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, contact us for its delivery timing.

  • Custom items: 7–14 Working Days after your fabric and colour are confirmed. The estimated lead time will be shown on the product page.

Once we receive your order, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses, including HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties.

Please note:

  • Upper-floor delivery is subject to lift availability.

  • Where lift access is unavailable and stairs are required, a staircase surcharge of $20 per floor per item applies. Our team will advise you of any charges in advance.

  • We are unable to deliver to Sentosa Cove, Jurong Island, or restricted military zones.

Delivery Schedule & Process

Deliveries are typically available Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm, excluding public holidays.

Our delivery team will contact you 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect your items.

Rescheduling & Failed Deliveries

To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order or the premises are inaccessible, a redelivery fee may apply.

Assembly

Basic assembly is included for most furniture items. Please confirm your assembly requirements with our team when scheduling your delivery.
