4. Delivery & Shipping
- We provide delivery services within specified locations (e.g., Singapore) and selected international destinations.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and customisation requirements.
- Grandeur Furnishings is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as supply chain disruptions or weather conditions.
- Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible. Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to restricted access.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Made-to-order or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
- To process a return or replacement, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
6. Warranty & Liability
- Our furniture comes with a 6-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Grandeur Furnishings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Social Media & User-Generated Content
- By tagging @GrandeurFurnishings or using our brand-related hashtags, you grant us permission to repost, feature, or share your content on our digital platforms.
- We reserve the right to remove, report, or address inappropriate, misleading, or defamatory comments involving our brand.
